Tanya Uyigue

Tanya knows a thing or two about career transitions and loves working with Merit learners as they make their own moves into a new industry. She spent her early career working in sports and event management, ultimately discovering a passion for youth work – specifically around career development. Tanya is a career and leadership coach with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. She’s been featured in Crain’s Chicago Business for her eclectic style and strongly believes in the power of individuals developing and expressing their own brand of authentic leadership both personally and professionally.
