Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have named Merit America as one of the 2023 Best Workplaces for Millennials. Earning this distinction signifies that Merit America has surpassed rigorous benchmarks, establishing itself as one of the country’s best companies to work for.

To determine the Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials™ List, Great Place To Work collected nearly 500,000 responses from millennials at companies eligible for the list. To be considered, companies had to be Great Place To Work Certified™ and have at least 50 millennial employees in the U.S.

The Best Workplaces for Millennials list is highly competitive, and survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status or other demographic identifiers.

“Being a great place to work isn’t just a byproduct of our success—it’s a deliberate strategy to attract, develop and retain core talent in a fiercely competitive environment,” said Merit America Co-CEOs Connor Diemand-Yauman and Rebecca Taber Staehelin. “Our people are the driving force behind our mission, enabling us to deliver life-changing wage gains to Americans stuck in low-wage work with unrivaled effectiveness.”
